We don’t really celebrate Halloween in Denmark. It gaining more and more ground but is by no means a full blown national holiday. But pumpkin carving has been in Denmark for many year, if not in a less sofisticated form. You know, mostly the traditional smiling Jack’o’lantern.
Last year when I went to the USA I picked up a pumpkin carving set. Thanks to that it has become much easier for me to make some interesting carvings. I’m no pumkin carving master, but challenge myself to harder and harder designs, and in the next three weeks or so I’ll be posting what ever pumkins I carve (and maybe some from last year).
